Violation
Violation of any of the Terms will result in the termination of your Account. While Klassy Wig prohibits conduct and content in violation of the Terms of Service, you understand and agree that Klassy Wig cannot be responsible for the content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials.
Anti-Social Forces
We refused to supply to any buyer or any of their respective subsidiaries (when applicable) where they:
• Are or have been classified as an Anti-Social Group
• Have, or have had, any Anti-Social Relationship and/or
• Engaged, or have engaged, in Anti-Social Conduct, were directly or indirectly through a third party.
Other Conditions
The failure of Klassy Wig to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Klassy Wig and govern your use of the Service. The Terms of Service superseding any prior agreements between you and Klassy Wig, including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service.
You expressly understand and agree that Klassy Wig shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the use or the inability to use the Products.
Klassy Wig is not liable even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, you agree that Klassy Wig will not be liable for any damage greater than the amount of proceeds collected from you.
You agree that these Terms of Service and your use of the Service are governed under the Laws of the Republic of South Africa and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the Republic of South Africa.
Klassy Wig may interact with law enforcement regarding your use of the Klassy Wig Services. You acknowledge and agree that Klassy Wig may make your information available to law enforcement.
Klassy Wig requires valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, in order to produce records of non-public user information to South African-based law enforcement.
Klassy Wig requires a search warrant issued under the procedures of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure or equivalent state warrant procedures to compel disclosure of the content of user communications.
